Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all invoices issued by The IT Cart Corp. By engaging with our services and making payment toward our invoices, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer, and cash.

  • A late fee of 2% per month may be applied to any overdue balances.

  • In the event of non-payment, The IT Cart Corp. reserves the right to suspend services until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.


Work-Related Terms

  • Any additional services not expressly listed will require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.

  • The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, assets, and approvals required for timely completion of the project.


Revisions and Edits

  • Each invoice includes up to two rounds of revisions for content and design.

  • Additional revisions will be charged at $50 per revision.

  • Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery; otherwise, the project or milestone will be deemed finalized.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@theitcart.ca.

  • If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice amount will apply.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.


Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment.

  • The IT Cart Corp. retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and for promotional use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The client agrees not to modify, reuse, or resell the deliverables without prior written consent from The IT Cart Corp.


Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to treat all project-related information as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without mutual consent, except as required by law.


Limited Liability

  • The IT Cart Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.

  • The company’s total liability shall be limited to the value of the services rendered.


Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

  • If unresolved, such disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

  • Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.


Taxes and Additional Costs

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • The client is responsible for third-party expenses, including but not limited to advertising costs, software subscriptions, and hosting fees.


Amendments

  • The IT Cart Corp. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.

  • Any updates will be communicated to the client, and continued engagement with our services will signify acceptance of the revised terms.
